St. Petersburg Little Theatre Presents: A Christmas Carol
By chad @ 2:18 PM :: 70 Views :: 0 Comments ::

It’s no humbug at the St. Petersburg Little Theatre December 5-21.

Celebrate the holiday season this year by joining Scrooge, Tiny Tim and a host of beloved characters for this timeless Dickens’ classic.  Director David Middleton will delight you with his lavish holiday sets, ghostly effects and traditional holiday music. This family show will lift your spirits and transport you back to merry old England.

It’s Christmas Eve, and the air is filled with the refrain of Bah Humbug!  The famous miser is about to come face to face with three spirits, his past, present and future.  Will Ebenezer Scrooge see the error of his ways?  Will he return in time for a glorious Christmas morning? Be at St. Petersburg Little Theatre to see it all unfold.

Begin your holiday celebrations with this warm and endearing show with a cast of over 40 talented performers.  This annual event has become a holiday tradition that families look forward to season after season.

Show times are Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00PM and Sunday matinees at 2:00PM.  Call the Box Office for Tickets and Information at 727-866-1973.
Tickets are $20.00 adults and $10.00 students.  Website: www.splt.org.  The theatre is located just off 275 at 4025 31st. St. South, St. Petersburg, 33712.

Photographer Jude Bagatti in the Lobby Gallery as Featured Artist
By chad @ 2:12 PM :: 54 Views :: 0 Comments ::

The festive season is here and Jude Bagatti’s photography show, “CELEBRATIONS,” focuses on some of the “ways and whys” humans, worldwide, make merry.  Even in troubled times, we seek reasons (or excuses) to rejoice and be glad.  And, there are many, some subtle, some not so!  This year, Jude won Second Place overall prizes in two art competitions: Gulf Coast Artists Alliance, Artists’ Way Gallery in Clearwater and Sun Tan Art Center at Don Vista Gallery, St. Pete Beach.  Her images have hung in numerous galleries and private collections.  She is a writer/poet, Reiki/massage therapist, and an actor, currently appearing in A Christmas Carol  at SPLT running December 5-21,  “God bless us everyone!”

Hours are: Monday – Friday 10:00AM – 4:00PM and during show times Friday and Saturday Evenings at 8:00PM, Sunday Matinees at 2:00PM.

For Information call the Box Office at 727-866-1973 St. Petersburg Little Theatre 4025 31st St. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.
